We’re Having A Heatwave, A Tropic Heatwave ~Beauty ~SkinCare

Hello! Anybody else singing the Marilyn Monroe song ‘Heatwave’ from the movie ‘There’s No Business Like Show Business’ from 1954 from the title on this post?

You may remember I was crying out for help in a recent post about make up and skin care!

Make Up Not Break Up! Help needed!

Well after reading my plea Donna J got in contact  and recommended I viewed her Facebook group ‘Tropic Skincare with Donna J’ Tropic skincare with Donna J

Donna is a representative for ‘Tropic Skincare’  Tropic is a multi award-winning range of skincare and beauty.  It is made in the UK  and promises to never test on animals, which makes it a 100% cruelty -free brand.

After discussion with Donna about the products available and what my requirements were required it was recommended that I would order the ABC skincare collection.  This includes  the essentials, a smoothing cleanser, vitamin toner, skin feast, a face mask, which as I struggle with blemishes ordered the clear skin one and a bamboo face cloth.   This set costs £56.00

The Cleanser has green tea extract, the toner has aloe vera juice and the skin feast is made with hyaluronic acid.  The Clear skin mask has spirulina, bamboo charcoal and ginger to work together to give a healthier complexion.

The order arrived very quickly and what struck me was the beautiful presentation of the boxes and bottles. It feels like Christmas opening all the beautifully decorated packages and they are in bottles that can proudly be displayed on your bathroom shelves.

I started with the skincare regime straight away.  I cleanse with the cleanser, which even removes my makeup easily, and then cleanse again using the bamboo cloth.  I then spritz my face with the vitamin toner before finishing with the skin feast moisturiser.  Once a week I am aiming to apply the clear skin mask whilst having a pamper. I applied this today and what struck me the most was although it dried really well and did not flake off it also was very easy to remove with just clear water.

Although I have only been using the products a very short time I have already seen, and felt, an improvement in my skin. My skin actually feels soft and smooth, even once I have applied my makeup and I feel my face looks brighter and glowing.

As I have said before I do have sensitive skin and so if anything changes then I will update this post but fingers crossed I have found the holy grail of skin care!

Why not join the above Tropic group and have a chat to the lovely Donna J who will guide you on the products, of which there are many, to decide the best one to suit you!

Have you tried any products from this range?  I would love to know your thoughts or any tips you can share for perfect skin!
