Hello!!  How are you today?  I recently bought some Benefit Cosmetic travel size makeup, which is perfect for experimenting and seeing which products you would like to purchase the full size in, plus they last ages as well. and I just love the names and packaging that they come in.  Was I swayed by the packaging or are the products just as good? I thought I would try them out and give you my thoughts on them.  Well, here goes… Ready, Steady, Makeup….

Girl Meets Pearl– a liquid pearl for the face. You only need a very small amount of this and it can be used for contouring the face.  I prefer…
That Gal‘- brightening face primer.  This also goes a long way and gives a soft glow to perfect the skin before foundation.
OOh La Lift-Under eye depuffer.  I find that this is a great product in illusion and disguises colouration under the eye and gives a soothing effect.
Pore-fessional – a pro balm to minimise pores. I do like this product and it is oil free.
Posietint and Benetint– lip and cheek stain. I prefer the posie tint for my skin as it is a pink colour and bene tint is red. One tip is to rub it in very well before it dries, unless Bianca the clown is your style icon!
Erase Paste– Concealer. I use the number 2 shade. I would not go as far as saying that it erases the blemishes!!  I wish it would, but it is a good concealer in a small pot, so handy for your handbag.
Stay Don’t Stray– Primer for concealer and eye shadow.  This does seem to work on my eyes and helps give my eye shadows a vivid colour and long lasting.
Dr. Feelgood– Complexion balm.  This has a velvety feel and feels nice on the skin.
SunBeam– Golden bronze highlighter.  This was a new one for me and looked great highlighting the skin with a tan.
MoonBeam– Iridescent enhancer- This is nice but a little too iridescent and need to be very careful how much to use!!  I much prefer;
HighBeam-Luminescent enhancer- This highlights my skin and suits my colouring.  I use it on my eyes, under my eyebrow, cheekbones and a small dot on the inside of my eye and on the top of the bow on my lip, to give a POW!!  Try it!!
Dandelion– Brightening face powder-  I really like this and feel it gives my skin a lovely glow.  I will be purchasing the larger size like I already have in;
Coralista– Face powder blusher- My blusher of choice.  It has just the right coral hues for my skin.
Bella Bamba-3D brightening face powder. This does give a very warm glow.

Hoola– Lipgloss. Bronze lip gloss looks good with a tan and not too sticky but as it is gloss does not have great staying power.

Hope this has given you some idea of the various products available. Do you have a favourite makeup brand that you would recommend?

If any of the above takes you fancy, or you love the names of these products, why not take a look at Benefit cosmetics website or pop into a local store that sells the franchise and let me know how you get on.
